En el partido inaugural, se enfrentaron las divisiones sub-14 de Municipal Talcahuano y la Escuela San Francisco de As\u00eds de Arauco, que termin\u00f3 1-0 a favor de los locales.<\/p>\n<p>Sergio Giacaman, Subgerente de RSE y Relaci\u00f3n con la Comunidad de Essbio, junto con reafirmar el compromiso de la empresa con el deporte y la vida sana, areng\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes deportistas y realiz\u00f3 un emotivo recuerdo de los vecinos del estadio, quienes acamparon por largo tiempo, luego del terremoto y tsunami del 27F en el mismo terreno del hoy remozado Estadio El Morro. Gracias al apoyo de municipalidades y a la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad, la iniciativa ha crecido con \u00e9xito y se ha posicionado como un importante evento deportivo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para acompa\u00f1ar a los participantes y asegurar el m\u00e1s alto nivel de organizaci\u00f3n, este a\u00f1o se incorpor\u00f3 al torneo un cuerpo de \u00e1rbitros propio, adem\u00e1s de un sistema de estad\u00edsticas y un tribunal de disciplina aut\u00f3nomo. Adem\u00e1s, para seguir a la altura del f\u00fatbol profesional, todos los encuentros de la copa ser\u00e1n disputados en canchas de pasto sint\u00e9tico o natural.<\/p>\n<p>Los equipos participantes se dividir\u00e1n en categor\u00edas (sub8, sub10, sub12 y sub14) y por zona geogr\u00e1fica en 2 grupos (Cordillera y Costa). Las escuadras se enfrentar\u00e1n en un torneo de apertura y en uno de clausura a lo largo del a\u00f1o.
