El Club de alcoh\u00f3licos rehabilitados \u201cSan Jos\u00e9\u201d de Yungay, postul\u00f3 con un proyecto al programa creaci\u00f3n y\/o fortalecimiento grupos de autoayuda bebedores problema 2009, correspondiente al fondo centros de alcoh\u00f3licos del Servicio de Salud de \u00d1uble. Por lo que recibieron una suma de $180.000, donde el objetivo es trabajar en la difusi\u00f3n de estos temas, para ayudar a quienes se encuentren bajo el abuso y consumo de alcohol y drogas en nuestra comuna. Fue as\u00ed como la asistente social y asesora del Club \u201cSan Jos\u00e9\u201d Leonor Hern\u00e1ndez Mu\u00f1oz en una entrevista realizada por este Portal se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cParticipaci\u00f3n social constituye principio y estrategia b\u00e1sica de las pol\u00edticas sectoriales, orientado al desarrollo de sistema de salud eficiente y que est\u00e1 al servicio de las personas\u201d.
