Este logro es un legado que dejaremos para el desarrollo institucional de la municipalidad, ya que desde ahora en adelante la Municipalidad de Yungay no podr\u00e1 retroceder en materias ambientales, sea quien sea el alcalde de turno, deber\u00e1 mantener y mejorar su sistema de gesti\u00f3n ambiental ya que ser\u00e1 permanentemente auditado por el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente, de no hacerlo perder\u00e1 su certificaci\u00f3n.
