Cabe destacar que esta actividad cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Director Regional del CONACE Regi\u00f3n del Bio-Bio Rogelio Galindo Veloso, qui\u00e9n adem\u00e1s de la entrega de certificados firm\u00f3 un Protocolo de Colaboraci\u00f3n con Marianela Luna, Administradora Municipal qui\u00e9n represento la ausencia del Alcalde Pedro Inostroza.
