Yungay, enero 2021: La Ley Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Municipalidades faculta a los Municipios para otorgar subvenciones y aportes a personas jur\u00eddicas de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico o privado, sin fines de lucro, que colaboren directamente en el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Dichos aportes no pueden superar el 7% del presupuesto municipal.<\/p>\n

Los aportes destinados a la Uni\u00f3n Comunal de Junta de Vecinos y la Uni\u00f3n Comunal de Adultos Mayores se les asignar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de otra v\u00eda.<\/p>\n
