Hicieron exquisitas preparaciones en conserva de hongos silvestres, lo cual les abre una oportunidad para agregar valor a la Agricultura Familiar Campesina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Programa de Desarrollo Local (Prodesal) de Yungay, es ejecutado por la Municipalidad de Yungay con aportes propios y de INDAP \u00d1uble, bajo un importante convenio de cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo t\u00e9cnico del PRODESAL Yungay destac\u00f3 la gran aceptaci\u00f3n que tuvo esta actividad entre los usuarios y usuarias, y el inter\u00e9s por profundizar en el procesamiento de Hongos Silvestres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yungay, septiembre 2021: Usuarios y usuarias del PRODESAL Yungay que desarrollan la recolecci\u00f3n, participaron de un taller que incluy\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n en procesamiento de hongos silvestres.
