Yungay, marzo 2023: En horas de la tarde de hoy Personal de servicio en la poblaci\u00f3n de la 4ta. Comisar\u00edaYungay, en el momento en que realizaba control velhicular aleatorio en Calle Esmeralda esquina Huamachuco, el conductor de un autom\u00f3vil, evadi\u00f3 la fiscalizaci\u00f3n, motivando su seguimiento a distancia y al llegar a Calle Valpara\u00edso a la altura del 200, perdi\u00f3 el control del m\u00f3vil y choc\u00f3 contra un arbol, acto seguido el conductor <\/span>descendi\u00f3 del veh\u00edculo y comenz\u00f3 a caminar, momento en que arroj\u00f3 sobre la vereda una sustancia solida blanca similar al clorhidrato de cocaina, lo que fue advertido por el personal de servicio, procediendo a su detenci\u00f3n en el mismo lugar.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

PRUEBA DE CAMPO: Realizada por personal O.S.7, por instrucci\u00f3n del Fiscal de Turno, corresponde a *123 gramos y 700 miligramos de CLORHIDRATO DE COCAINA*<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Imputado: Sujeto adulto de 28 a\u00f1os de edad con antecedentes penales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
