(excepto los festivos) a diferencia del anterior servicio, el cual daba respuesta las 24 horas. Esta situaci\u00f3n generaba entre las personas la idea de que este era un canal de denuncias ante situaciones de emergencia en violencia contra las mujeres. El n\u00famero del SernamEG es un canal que recepciona llamadas solo con el fin de orientar sobre situaciones que involucre violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambos canales de informaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de derivar a las mujeres para su atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y legal a los dispositivos del SernamEG especializados en atenci\u00f3n de mujeres que viven violencia de g\u00e9nero, u orientar para acudir a otras instituciones relacionadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante precisar que, si una mujer se encuentra en peligro por situaciones de violencia de g\u00e9nero, se debe denunciar y dar aviso al <strong>133<\/strong> de <strong>Carabineros <\/strong>o <strong>149 <\/strong>de la <strong>PDI<\/strong>.
