Pronto a cerrar su fase 1, el programa comprometer\u00e1 las futuras intervenciones en los espacios p\u00fablicos con una firma de contrato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La encargada municipal de organizaciones comunitarias, Haydee Ferrada, colabor\u00f3 para formalizar una directiva provisoria, un comit\u00e9 electoral y una serie de candidatos para el Consejo Vecinal de Desarrollo (CVD), esta nueva organizaci\u00f3n social posee personalidad jur\u00eddica (Ley 19.418) y representa a la comunidad en la toma de decisiones del programa, adem\u00e1s de promover la autogesti\u00f3n para recuperar los espacios p\u00fablicos del barrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El CVD comenz\u00f3 su formalizaci\u00f3n con 34 socios, y al igual que la Municipalidad de Yungay y la Seremi de Vivienda y Urbanismo de \u00d1uble, funcionar\u00e1 como contraparte del equipo, es decir, van a asesorar y protagonizar los futuras mejoras sociales y urbanas del barrio.
