La carta ciudadana es una herramienta que surge con el prop\u00f3sito de mejorar la gesti\u00f3n local, es un instrumento de participaci\u00f3n social. Asistieron representantes de Juntas de Vecinos, Clubes Deportivos, Bomberos, Carabineros, Consultorio, Adultos Mayores y P\u00fablico en general. Esta actividad fue realizada por SUBDERE (Subsecretaria de Desarrollo Regional) donde adem\u00e1s participaron dos profesionales de Santiago: Milady R\u00edos Lemus, Profesional divisi\u00f3n de Municipalidades SUBDERE y Christian Carvajal Yunis, Profesional D.O.S.
