La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con la presencia del alcalde Pedro Inostroza y el Honorable Concejo Municipal, adem\u00e1s de los Diputados de la Rep\u00fablica Carlos Abel Jarpa y Rosauro Mart\u00ednez, representantes del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, autoridades locales y p\u00fablico en general. La primera autoridad comunal dio la bienvenida a las delegaciones, quienes realizaron una presentaci\u00f3n mostrando la diversidad y tradiciones del pa\u00eds que cada una representa.
