Cabe destacar que las primarias son voluntarias y pueden participar todos quienes quieran, tanto los inscritos o militantes de un partido pol\u00edtico de la Concertaci\u00f3n, como quienes no est\u00e9n inscritos en partidos pol\u00edticos.
