En este fatal accidente se vieron involucrados, el taxi Nissan, patente CLRW 84, conducido por Danilo Villar Segura, la camioneta Kia, patente YW5900, conducido por Luis Mardones y la camioneta Toyota, patente CDTW 15, conducida por Georgina Herrera. Personal de la unidad de rescate de Bomberos de la segunda compa\u00f1\u00eda, debieron trabajar en el lugar del accidente con el apoyo de Carabineros de la Cuarta Comisar\u00eda de Yungay\u00a0 y personal del Hospital de nuestra comuna. Cabe mencionar que en el taxi viajaba el pasajero Jos\u00e9 Aquiles Espinoza Figueroa, qui\u00e9n producto del accidente falleciera m\u00e1s tarde luego de ser trasladado al Hospital Comunitario de Salud Familiar Pedro Morales Campos.
