La celebraci\u00f3n estuvo encabezada por el alcalde Pedro Inostroza, Concejales, la Presidenta de la Uni\u00f3n Comunal de Juntas de Vecinos Sra. Ang\u00e9lica Mart\u00ednez, los Diputados Carlos Abel Jarpa, Rosauro Mart\u00ednez, el Mayor de Carabineros Javier Prudant Z\u00fa\u00f1iga y la Jefa de Dideco, Marcia Ortiz.
