Esta instituci\u00f3n tiene como finalidad el fomento al turismo, cultivo y rescate de las tradiciones campesinas y del arriero, integrando a los sectores alejados y poco conocidos para que vean en el turismo una fuente de ingreso, y as\u00ed la juventud no emigre y ayude a difundir estas costumbres y preservar la naturaleza privilegiada que tiene nuestra comuna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">El programa contempla:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Muestra gastron\u00f3mica dirigida por diferentes asociaciones participativas (catutos, empanadas, cazuela de chuchoca, tortillas al rescoldo, harina tostada y de avellana, asado al palo, etc).
